About
As a therapist, I believe in the power of collaboration and trust that each client is the expert of their own life. My role is to provide the guidance, tools, and support necessary to help you navigate your journey with confidence and clarity.

As a woman of color and second-generation immigrant, I understand the challenges of navigating multiple cultural identities. I bring this awareness into my practice, creating a space where diverse experiences are respected and valued.

As a new parent, I also understand the profound shifts in identity that come with this life transition. Parenthood brings joy, but it can also stir feelings of grief as we navigate the loss of familiar parts of ourselves.

In my practice, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and goals. Whether you are managing stress, healing from past traumas, or simply seeking a greater sense of purpose and direction, I am here to walk alongside you, offering support every step of the way.
